Functie- Beheer van gebouwen, nutsvoorzieningen en luchtbehandelingsinstallaties
- Mee uitwerken van procesverbeteringen en nieuwe projecten + de zorg voor de praktische implementatie ervan
- Realisatie van projecten en procesverbeteringen binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten van Building & Utilities
- Zelfstandig uitbesteden van werkzaamheden in regie met betrekking tot gebouwen, nutsvoorzieningen en luchtbehandelingsinstallaties, rekening houdend met tekenbevoegdheid + controleren en goedkeuren van de facturen hiervan
- Opstellen van investeringsaanvragen
- Begeleiden, informeren en opvolgen van ingehuurd personeel voor de afdeling
- Beheer, opvolging, onderhoud, kennisoverdracht naar Electrical Engineers, van nutsvoorzieningen, alarmcentrales en luchtbehandelingsinstallaties + bijbehorende administratie
- Contacten met leveranciers in verband met technische informatie
- Actief meewerken aan een continu verbeteringsproces:
- Ondersteunen, advies en voorstellen van alternatieven m.b.t. uitwerking calculatie-aanvragen, nieuwe projecten en procesverbeteringen
- Analyseren en aanbrengen van verbetervoorstellen in probleemsituaties
- Meewerken aan de practische uitwerking van nieuwe en verbeterprojecten zoals aanbrengen, uitwerken en evalueren van concepten en procesverbeteringen, mee aanmaken van gereedschappen, parameters en machineprocessen
- Documenteren van gereedschappen, parameters en machineprocessen
- Mee optimaliseren van betrouwbaarheid, kostenbeheersing en efficiëntie
- Organiseren van permanentie in verband met bewaking en verzekering van de continuïteit van Utilities
- Ondernemen van actie (corrigeren, informeren, stilleggen machines,…) bij afwijkende kwaliteit of niet correct functioneren van de veiligheidsvoorzieningen of machines. Met name utilities gebonden.
Profiel- Minimum diploma bachelor technische richting (elektrotechnieken, elektromechanica)
- Kennis van koeltechnieken
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Ervaring in de farmaceutische of chemische sector is een sterk voordeel
- Is bekend en vertrouwd met GMP-richtlijnen, farmaceutische richtlijnen, hygiëne, e.d.
- Ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen, procedures, trainingen, e.d.
- Kan werken met MS-office
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands/Engels (geschreven en gesproken) Kennis van Duits of Frans is een voordeel
- Ervaring in het schrijven van rapporten
- Conceptueel kunnen denken met degelijke (onder andere technische) kennis van en ervaring in projectbeheer
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen met een oplossingsgerichte attitude
- Sterk in plannen en organiseren, met een goed kostenbewustzijn
- Goed in time management
- Kan resultaatgericht werken met oog voor kwaliteit en een degelijk kwaliteitsbewustzijn
- Communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Gedreven persoonlijkheid met een positieve, constructieve en “open minded” ingesteldheid
- Kan zowel zelfstandig werkzaamheden organiseren en hierbij de juiste prioriteiten stellen als in team werken
