We're hiring immediately! This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
