Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out accurate setting out and dimensional control on site.
Work closely with the Senior Engineer and wider construction team to ensure projects are delivered on programme.
Interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams on a daily basis.
Monitor quality control procedures and ensure works are completed to required standards.
Assist with inspections, snagging, and project handover processes.
Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and inspection plans.
Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and material delivery documentation.
Attend site meetings and contribute to short-term programme planning.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
2+ years experience working with a Main Contractor in Ireland.
Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of Irish building regulations and site procedures.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
