Responsibilities:
- Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, workout programs.
- Assist in all revenue generating activities including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Sell training sessions. Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours.
- Achieve monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regard to fitness and supplements.
- Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.
- Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
- Alert the operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walk through daily.
- Supervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
