TON RÔLE : En tant qu’Agent(e) BDC Service :
- Tu seras au cœur des communications clients afin de maximiser la prise de rendez-vous, le pré-booking et la satisfaction de notre clientèle.
TES OBJECTIFS :
- Maximiser la prise de rendez-vous;
- Augmenter le taux de pré-booking;
- Gérer les campagnes saisonnières (ex. pneus);
- Effectuer des relances et suivis clients structurés;
- Assurer le suivi des pièces en attente;
- Améliorer les KPI et la satisfaction client (NPS)
TES RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Répondre aux appels entrants du service;
- Effectuer des appels sortants (relances, suivis, pré-booking);
- Confirmer et vérifier les rendez-vous;
- Mettre à jour les dossiers clients dans le CRM;
- Produire un rapport quotidien de performance;
- Effectuer les paiements de factures au service;
- Collaborer avec les équipes du service et des pièces
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication;
- Sens de l’organisation et rigueur;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités;
- À l’aise avec l’informatique et les CRM;
- Attitude proactive et esprit d’équipe.
- Expérience en BDC, service à la clientèle ou milieu automobile (atout)
CONDITIONS :
- Temps plein;
– Horaire de jour;
- Salaire fixe + commission selon l’atteinte des objectifs.
