Retail Wireless Assistant Store Manager

As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Those who are sell motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose:

  • Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
  • This position reports directly to the Retail Wireless Store Manager.
  • Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
  • Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
  • Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames

Weekend availability required. Monthly bonus opportunities
