- Strategie & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst und implementierst PR-Strategien für unsere souveränen Lösungen im Bereich Cloud und Cyber Security.
- Medienbeziehungen: Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zur Fach-, Wirtschafts- und Tagespresse auf und pflegst diese aktiv. Dein bestehendes Netzwerk ist hierbei ein entscheidender Vorteil.
- Content Creation: Du erstellst hochwertige Pressemitteilungen, Fachartikel, O-Töne und weitere Kommunikationsmaterialien. Dabei übersetzt du komplexe Technologiethemen in verständliche und medienrelevante Inhalte. Deine ausgeprägte Schreibkompetenz ist dabei unerlässlich.
- Interviewmanagement: Du bereitest das Management sowie Technologieexperten auf Mediengespräche vor, koordinierst Interviews und begleitest Pressegespräche.
- Anfragenmanagement: Du bearbeitest Medienanfragen souverän, koordinierst interne Abstimmungen und stellst eine professionelle Kommunikation gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher.
- Krisenkommunikation: Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in der Krisenkommunikation.
- Storytelling: Du identifizierst relevante Debatten rund um Cyber Security, Cloud, KI und digitale Souveränität und entwickelst daraus medienwirksame Narrative, die Schwarz Digits als Meinungsführer positionieren.
- Medienanalyse: Du beobachtest kontinuierlich die Medienlandschaft sowie politische und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen. Die Wirkung unserer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen analysierst du anhand relevanter KPIs und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Studium: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus, Rechtswissenschaften mit Kommunikationsbezug oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der PR oder Unternehmenskommunikation, idealerweise mit Expertise in Cyber Security, IT-Sicherheit oder Datenschutz.
- Netzwerk: Du verfügst über nachweisliche Kontakte und ein belastbares Netzwerk von Fachjournalisten.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Schreibkompetenz in Deutsch und fließendem Englisch.
- Themenkompetenz: Du begeisterst dich für Technologie, Digitalisierung, Cyber Security, KI und digitale Souveränität. Komplexe technische Zusammenhänge kannst du schnell erfassen und verständlich kommunizieren.
- Resilienz: Du behältst auch unter hohem Zeitdruck einen klaren Kopf und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen in anspruchsvollen Kommunikationssituationen.
- Rechtliches Verständnis: Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis datenschutzrechtlicher und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen (z. B. DSGVO) sowie deren Kommunikation.
