Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de financiële operaties binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Wommelgem (ANT, BE), waar je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt bent voor financiële vraagstukken en strategieën. Je taken omvatten:
- Het nakijken van de boekhouding en het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde analyses.
- Het ondersteunen en verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen.
- Betalingen uitvoeren, met specifieke focus op grotere bedragen die exclusief door jou beheerd worden.
- BTW-aangiften en maandelijkse afsluitingen verzorgen.
- Rapportages opstellen en communiceren met onze externe accountant/auditor en buitenlandse vestigingen.
- Het leiden van een team van zeven personen om gezamenlijk de financiële doelen te behalen.
Met jouw expertise en leiderschap draag je bij aan een sterke financiële basis binnen onze organisatie.
ProfielOm succesvol te zijn in deze rol als Finance Manager, zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden:
- Tussen 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
- Goede kennis van Excel en Word.
- Ervaring in de transportsector is een pluspunt.
- Betrouwbaar en discreet in het werken met gevoelige financiële informatie.
- Zelfstandig en proactief in het uitvoeren van verantwoordelijkheden.
- Geen specifieke studievereisten; praktijkervaring en leiderschap zijn belangrijker.
- Vermogen om een team effectief te leiden en te motiveren.
- Meertaligheid (NL, FR, ENG) is een grote troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
