Jouw rol als Inside Sales Engineer
Als Inside Sales Engineer ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten, de buitendienst en interne afdelingen. Je ondersteunt de verkoopactiviteiten van HVAC-apparatuur en zorgt voor een goedlopende backoffice. Je werkt in een enthousiast team van circa 9 collega’s en rapporteert aan de Inside Sales Manager.
Wat ga je doen?
Verwerken van binnenkomende aanvragen en opstellen van offertes.
Technische en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan de buitendienst.
Klantcontact onderhouden en dossiers beheren van bestaande en potentiële klanten.
Telefonische acquisitie en opvolging van afspraken.
Ondersteuning bij orderverwerking en documentatie.
Technisch akkoord geven op specifieke offertes (tot bepaalde waarde).
Wat breng jij mee?
HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur commercieel/economisch met technische achtergrond.
Ervaring in een vergelijkbare inside sales functie binnen de HVAC-branche .
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
Ervaring met MS Office en CRM-systemen.
Wij staan ook open voor pas HBO-Techniek afgestudeerden.
