Company Profile: A respected and growing PQS consultancy based in Ireland seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join their expanding team.

Youll become an integral part of a dynamic team delivering precise, value-driven cost management solutions across a range of projectsfrom commercial and high-end residential developments to healthcare and mixed-use schemes.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, and budgets for various building projects Managing tender processes, including preparation of bills of quantities and contract documents Administering contracts during construction phases, including valuations and change management Liaising with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and value engineering Assisting in final account preparation and project close-out Candidate Requirements: Ideally minimum 24 years experience in a PQS or cost consultancy environment Strong working knowledge of standard Irish or British building contracts (RIAI, GCCC, NEC an advantage) Proficiency with cost management software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or similar) Progressing toward chartership xyswxtq is desirable.
