Company Intro / Summary A leading main contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on a large-scale residential development in Dublin City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor and gain exposure to a major residential scheme while benefiting from structured career progression, ongoing professional development, and a highly competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of a large-scale residential construction project.
Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting.
Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
Monitor project costs and maintain accurate forecasting.
Prepare and assess variations, claims, and final accounts.
Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure strong commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Provide regular commercial updates to senior management.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
25 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Previous residential construction experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of commercial management and contract administration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a project team environment.
Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression.
Package Salary: €50,000 €60,000 DOE.
Company vehicle or €8,000 car allowance.
Annual bonus.
