Ze werken nauw samen met hun klanten om hen een one-stop-shop ervaring aan te bieden, en dit vanaf ontwerpfase tot onderhoud.
FunctieHoe draag jij bij tot het succes van het team?
- Aansturen en begeleiden van teamleden en het faciliteren van teamprocessen.
- Zelfstandig werken en je agenda efficiënt organiseren, met rapportage aan de Sales Director.
- Proactief meedenken over maatwerkoplossingen en het stimuleren van verkoop en service.
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk in België ter bevordering van de groei.
- Initiëren van acties binnen jouw team voor gerichte prospectie en ontwikkeling van de sales support- en maintenance-afdeling.
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over het volledige commerciële proces: van offerteaanvragen, onderhandeling en contractafsluiting tot de overdracht naar de planningsafdeling.
- Klantgericht optreden met een servicegerichte instelling en technische affiniteit als volwaardige gesprekspartner.
- Bewaken van rentabiliteit en operationele kosten zonder concessie te doen op kwaliteit, veiligheid, service en klanttevredenheid.
- Optimaliseren van de huidige processen met een sterke affiniteit voor IT en software.
Wat wordt er van jouw verwacht?
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie binnen een technische of projectmatige serviceomgeving.
- Technisch inzicht en analytische vaardigheden om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar specifieke oplossingen.
- Klant- en oplossingsgerichte houding, waardering voor de adviserende rol van de functie.
- Pragmatisch en pro activiteit bij nieuwe situaties.
- Teamspeler met begrip voor de toegevoegde waarde van samenwerking.
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en goede communicatie in het Frans.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en sterke communicatievaardigheden op verschillende niveaus.
- Resultaatgerichtheid en ondernemend vermogen.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Commerciële instelling met focus op optimalisatie.
- Affiniteit voor IT en software (INFOR, Salesforce, PowerBI is een pluspunt).
