About the Position
We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated delivery position. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to be home daily.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay Rate: $21/hr,
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday available voluntarily
- Start Time: 6-8 AM
- Hours per Day: 8-10 hours
Job Details
- Route Type: Local Delivery
- Freight: General freight, dock to dock
- Equipment: Pallet jacks (manual and electric) for some stops
- Handling: No touch freight for most stops, light touch required at some
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver freight safely and efficiently to designated locations
- Ensure timely arrival and adherence to delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
