Job Title: Facility ManagerWhat this job involves:

The Facility Manager ensures the proper operation of all aspects of a facility by establishing, operating, and maintaining a comprehensive facility management program. As the single point of contact for facilities management, you'll assist the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with delivering quality facility management services while coordinating tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Supporting the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client
  • Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements based on client needs
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for buildings within the area
  • Managing the development and execution of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives
  • Completing all facilities-related reports accurately and on time following the client's policies for record keeping
  • Managing work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Leading facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within the prescribed budget
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by providing seamless interface between the client's real estate organization and facilities through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity
Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • 5+ years industry experience in the corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing both technical and administrative staff
  • Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS systems

Preferred:

  • MBA degree

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

102,310.00 – 125,400.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

On-site –Minneapolis, MN
