Job Overview CLA is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Senior to join its Information Technology team. The role leverages the Microsoft Power Platform or scripting languages to clean and analyze data for reports and dashboards, providing autonomy in solution creation and engaging in client service and business development. Responsibilities Data Analysis: Participate in the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools, support the building and implementing of solutions for external clients and internal projects, assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, and evaluate data gathering techniques. Data Development: Develop custom data models and algorithms, apply predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques, use existing processes to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members. Seamless Client Service: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CLA's services to provide integrated service offerings, make recommendations for business development, and support clients holistically. Mentorship: Review and delegate the work of Associates, act as a Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach, and assist colleagues in growing their careers. Qualifications 4 years of customer support experience required Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree ServiceNow Business and Process Analysis preferred ServiceNow ITSM experience preferred CMDB experience preferred ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics preferred Stakeholder facilitation and Communication preferred Understanding of ITIL best practices preferred Agile delivery tools and methodology experience preferred Understanding of utilizing Key Performance Indices (KPIs) within relevant industries and services preferred Understanding of software development concepts such as modularization, variable scoping, and object-oriented vs functional programming preferred Ability to extract data from potentially disparate data sources to support a data product or solution preferred Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional wellness programs to support the physical, financial, social, and emotional well‑being of our team members.
