Nous accompagnons une PME bien établie dans le secteur de la construction, évoluant dans des projets d’exécution sur le terrain. L’environnement est très opérationnel, rapide, et basé sur l’autonomie, la confiance et l’exécution concrète.
L’entreprise recherche actuellement un(e) Comptable senior / Contrôleur(e) junior capable de prendre en charge l’ensemble de la fonction comptable et d’y apporter structure, stabilité et rigueur.
Il s’agit d’un mandat clé. L’organisation entre dans une phase où le renforcement des fondations financières est prioritaire, et ce rôle sera au cœur de cette transformation.
Ce qui rend cette opportunité unique
Vous aurez la pleine responsabilité du cycle comptable dans un environnement très autonome. Au-delà des opérations quotidiennes, vous serez responsable de structurer les processus, d’améliorer le reporting et d’assurer une visibilité financière claire à la direction pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Ce n’est pas un rôle de maintien. C’est un rôle de construction.
Principales responsabilités
- Prise en charge complète des opérations comptables (AP, AR, conciliations, clôture mensuelle)
- Préparation des états financiers et du reporting de gestion
- Gestion de la trésorerie et des flux de liquidités
- Analyse financière et suivi de la performance
- Mise en place et optimisation des processus comptables et contrôles internes
- Relations avec les institutions financières
- Structuration et stabilisation de la fonction finance
- Contribution potentielle à la mise en place d’une future équipe finance
Profil recherché
- Solide base en comptabilité (comptable senior ou contrôleur junior)
- Très grande autonomie et débrouillardise
- À l’aise dans un environnement PME peu structuré
- Français obligatoire
- Expérience en construction ou en environnement par projets, un atout important
- Connaissance d’Acomba, un plus
