Responsibilities:
- Supervise Shift: You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable. Address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Food Safety: Maintain high food safety standards. Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.
- Shift Reports: Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
- Training: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Promotions and Specials: Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safety Certification: Preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).
