The Role The HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support to the manufacturing division.
The role is full-time onsite in Shannon.
As a key member of the HR team, you will serve as a trusted business partner contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture that reflects the companys mission and values.
Key Duties Provide guidance and support to employees and operations supervisory / management on HR policies, workplace issues, performance concerns etc.
Promote a culture of respect, fairness and collaboration consistent with company values Support and promote initiatives that enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention Partner with operations management to support coaching and performance improvement initiatives The Person 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience preferably in manufacturing Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required Strong understanding of employment law, HR practices and HRIS systems Excellent interpersonal, xyswxtq communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion A strong commercial acumen Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills: HR Management HR Negotiation Problem Solving Manufacturing Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund
