SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Design and AI Program Manager, you'll act as the operational "engine" of our creative studio, stepping up to build a world-class creative operation for our nimble Brand Design team. Crucially, you will serve as the lead architect in integrating AI-driven workflows, using emerging technology to create "virtual capacity" for our core designers. AI Strategy & Scaling:
Constantly scout, test, and implement AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Jasper, custom GPTs) to automate manual design tasks and localized versioning.
Workflow Architecture:
Own and optimize our project management systems to ensure the team stays focused on high-impact creative work.
Stakeholder Enablement:
Build and deploy AI-powered "Self-Service" tools and templates that allow non-designers to create high-quality, on-brand content independently.
Global Agency Management:
Lead day-to-day relationships with external design and production agencies globally, ensuring they adhere to our "AI-first" efficiency standards.
Intake & Resourcing:
Act as the primary point of contact for all global design requests, challenging under-developed briefs and ensuring 100% clarity before work begins.
Localization Oversight:
Coordinate the technical and cultural complexities of regionalizing brand campaigns, using AI translation and scaling tools to ensure consistency and speed.
Process Founding:
Transition the team from a reactive "request-based" model to a proactive, structured "sprint-based" model.
What we’re looking for
Must haves: Relevant Experience:
2–4 years in Creative Operations, Design Production, or Project Management. You have the "basics" down and are hungry for more seniority and autonomy.
AI Strategy & Scaling:
Constantly scout, test, and implement AI tools to automate manual design tasks and localized versioning.
Global Mindset:
Experience (or a strong desire to work) across multiple time zones, cultures, and international business units.
Systems Thinking:
A proven ability to not just solve problems, but to build automated systems so they never happen again.
Operational Empathy:
A deep understanding of the creative process, with the ability to build systems that support designers rather than slowing them down.
High-Stakes Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room of global stakeholders and align them on priorities.
Tooling Savvy:
High proficiency in project management software and a strong understanding of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
