Prospect and close new clients/associations for rooms and meetings Cultivate community relationships to foster sales growth Build & maintain positive corporate client and association relationships Develop and nurture client relationships through high-level EQ and satisfaction commitment Set and exceed sales goals of $1MM annually Develop strong proposals and close deals through compelling presentations Hotel Association Sales Manager Qualifications
Sales-focused and able to cold call with prospects and maintain relationships Brings a high-energy, polished, and positive communication style Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft proposals and client communication Collaborate with multiple departments to tailor the perfect accommodations Association sales experience in a full-service hotel setting Expertise in government sales is a plus Experience in the PEP reservations system is a plus Hotel Association Sales Manager Benefits
