In the Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging service line, the Imaging Manager will help elevate a comprehensive imaging suite that includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and nuclear medicine, supported by modern PACS/RIS, evidence-based protocols, and accreditation-ready quality standards; grounded in a community feel that treats every patient like a neighbor and strengthened by a rural spirit of ingenuity and access, this Imaging Manager will cultivate an environment where compassionate service meets high-reliability performance. Reporting to a Director of Imaging Services and partnering closely with a Radiology Medical Director, the Diagnostic Imaging Manager will be supported by lead technologists, clinical educators, quality specialists, IT analysts, biomed, and scheduling/access teams; responsibilities for the Diagnostic Imaging Manager include operational excellence, staffing and mentoring, capital and operating budget stewardship, throughput optimization, modality growth planning, accreditation preparation, radiation safety and dose monitoring, protocol governance, and patient experience initiatives, all in close collaboration with friendly nurses and a diverse, highly skilled interprofessional team.
