Location Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
You must be based in the Chicago area or Western Indiana within our operating areas and able to work in-person with our teams.

Partner directly with clinical, finance, and operations leaders
Turn data into clear, actionable insights
Help bring structure and visibility to a fast-growing organization
What You’ll Do
Analyze data across EMR, financial, operational, and marketing systems
Deliver insights that drive decisions (not just reports)
Become an EMR super user supporting clinical teams
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support inventory + cost optimization
Contribute to cross‑functional performance initiatives
Improve reporting structure and standards
What We’re Looking For
1+ years in data analytics
Strong SQL + Excel
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong communication + cross‑functional partnership skills
High ownership mindset

Compensation & Benefits $80,000 – $100,000 base + full benefits
