Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors.
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels.
Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
Operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management.
Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.
Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with customers remotely.

Compensation and Benefits For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $48,240.00-$72,360.00 Annual. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contributions, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
