Raison d’être du poste
Le ou la technicien(ne) aux comptes recevables travaillera sous la supervision de la gestionnaire des comptes recevables et contribuera au bon fonctionnement des opérations financières de l’entreprise. La personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans l’exactitude, la fluidité et le respect des processus liés aux comptes recevables, en collaboration avec les différentes équipes internes.
Plus précisément, votre quotidien avec nous ressemblera à :
- Effectuer le calcul, la préparation et le traitement des factures des comptes à recevoir
- Effectuer les dépôts et les encaissements quotidiennement
- Entrer les baux dans le système - Hopem
- Traiter les renouvellements de baux avant échéances
- Effectuer les ajustements aux comptes clients quotidiennement
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l’entreprise
- Répondre aux courriels
La personne idéale possède :
- Soucis du travail bien fait et de la qualité tout en étant capable de respecter des échéanciers serrés
- Grande autonomie et capacité d’apprentissage rapide
- Habileté à travailler en multi compagnies
- Axé(e) sur le travail d’équipe
Qualifications requises :
- DEP ou DEC en comptabilité
- 3 à 5 années d'expérience en lien avec l’emploi
- Bilinguisme autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Connaissances des logiciels Word et Excel
- Connaissance du logiciel Hopem (un atout)
