Sous la responsabilité du Surintendant ingénierie, l’ingénieur minier sénior – contrôle de terrain agit comme référence en matière de géomécanique et de stabilité des excavations souterraines. Il est responsable de définir, implanter et faire évoluer les standards et pratiques en contrôle de terrain, tout en assurant leur performance, leur conformité et leur alignement avec les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Ce qui vous attend
• Définir, implanter et faire évoluer les standards de support de terrain
• Encadrer et soutenir les ingénieurs et techniciens dans l’application des bonnes pratiques
• Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités d’inspection géotechnique
• Assurer le suivi des recommandations et des actions correctives
• Participer activement à la gestion des risques géotechniques et aux analyses d’incidents
• Mettre à jour et optimiser le programme de contrôle de terrain
• Évaluer les besoins en instrumentation géotechnique et en travaux de réhabilitation
• Collaborer avec les consultants externes et assurer la cohérence des approches techniques
• Contribuer à la planification et au suivi budgétaire en lien avec le contrôle de terrain
• Assurer un leadership fort en matière de santé et sécurité
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, d’opérations et de géologie
• Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe à l'exercice de ses fonctions
• Participer à la mise en place et à l’application des lois et règlements, les normes, les standards et les procédures en application au complexe minier Kiena;
• Baccalauréat en génie des mines ou en génie géologique
• Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en contrôle de terrain ou géomécanique
• Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• Permis général d’explosifs valide
• Modules FMTM (1 à 5, 7) complétés
• Maîtrise du logiciel Deswik
• Leadership reconnu et capacité à influencer les décisions opérationnelles
• Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes
• Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques et à accompagner les équipes terrain
• Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
• Engagement marqué envers la santé et la sécurité au travail
• Bonne connaissance du Règlement sur les mines au Québec
