Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales of bakery equipment and capital equipment in the assigned territory.
Generate leads and convert opportunities from bakeries, food processing units, hotels, and industrial clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end customers.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with the service and project teams for successful installation and customer support.
Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Travel extensively across Kolkata and Odisha for customer visits and business development activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in bakery equipment, food processing machinery, industrial ovens, mixers, packaging machines, or related equipment.
Strong understanding of technical products and solution-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently handle territory sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
