Job Description
As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver in CULPEPER, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving and armed post offering the chance to support people first through teamwork, reliability, integrity, and an innovative approach to daily operations.

Job Schedule:

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with post orders.
- Maintain readiness for an armed patrol post by handling assigned equipment responsibly, following use guidelines, and supporting a professional presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
