Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!
Diriger la fonction financière de deux usines manufacturières - Superviser l’ensemble des activités comptables et les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles - Élaborer les budgets, les prévisions et les analyses d’écarts - Piloter le contrôle des coûts en environnement manufacturier - Encadrer et mobiliser une équipe de quatre personnes répartie sur deux sites - Coordonner et harmoniser les pratiques financières entre les deux installations - Intégrer un site récemment acquis aux systèmes et processus corporatifs - Standardiser et améliorer les processus dans un environnement aux outils hétérogènes - Optimiser les contrôles internes et soutenir les audits internes et externes - Agir comme partenaire d’affaires auprès des directeurs d’usine et du partenaire finance
Vos atouts pour ce poste!
- Titre CPA complété ou en voie d’obtention
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience, dont 3 ans en gestion
- Expérience confirmée en gestion et supervision d’équipe
- Expérience en environnement manufacturier, fortement souhaitée
- Expérience en structuration de processus ou en transformation post-acquisition
- Aisance avec des environnements multisites et des systèmes hétérogènes
- Connaissance des contrôles internes et de la gouvernance financière
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des logiciels de gestion manufacturière et financière
- Capacité à se déplacer régulièrement entre deux sites de la grande région de Montréal
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (réunions pancanadiennes)
