Accounts Manager Location: Kilkenny (Hybrid Working Available) Optimize are recruiting for a long-established, independent accountancy practice with over 20 professionals across our offices in Dublin and Kilkenny.

We are now seeking an Accounts Manager to join our Kilkenny office.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary point of contact Reporting directly to the Partner on client engagements, workflow, and compliance matters Ensuring all client taxation and statutory filing obligations are completed accurately and on time Leading, supervising and supporting junior staff with accounts preparation, bookkeeping and taxation compliance Liaising with clients and providing ongoing accounting, taxation and business advisory support Working from our Kilkenny office with a combination of onsite and hybrid working About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice Qualified or part qualified Accounting qualification Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Proficiency in accounting software including Xero, Bright Accounts, Dext and other cloud-based accounting platforms Why Join Our Practice?
