Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce platforms for a utilities customer. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, client engagement, financial management, and cross-technology coordination in a global delivery model. The position is client-facing and requires fluency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end program delivery for ADM engagements covering development, enhancements, and production support.
- Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce portfolios.
- Act as the primary client interface and escalation point; lead governance and executive reviews.
- Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, revenue, and margin.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual compliance while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor multi-location delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure integrated delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise delivery standards.
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong leadership in ADM / managed services programs.
- Experience of managing large programs for utilities customer
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-technology programs (SAP, Java, Data, Salesforce).
- Strong program governance, financial management, and risk management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and executive communication capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications preferred.
- SAP, Salesforce, or Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar ADM engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management and transformation mindset.
- Ability to balance operational excellence with modernization and innovation.
