Job Description
As a Security Officer Armed Checkpoint Driver in El Dorado, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Job Schedule:

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Control access to the location by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, screening visitors, and documenting authorized access activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures.
- Monitor cameras, communications, and other access control systems to help identify unauthorized activity and support timely notification of site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, including the perimeter and key access points, as required by post instructions and location conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A Guard Card or License is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
