Responsibilities
Customer data management, including customer profiles and sales dialogues
Maintain and update the CRM platform (Q CELLS system, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms) with notes, updates, and quotes
Deep understanding of products/services to communicate value propositions
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Act as an advisor to both customers and sales representatives, providing information promptly
Collaborate with sales team to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
Spot and increase sales opportunities through distribution channels, helping generate orders in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1‑3 years of sales operations experience in an inbound or outbound sales organization
1‑3 years of experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or others
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Aggressive, analytical, and highly organized
High degree of professionalism and conduct
Able to travel up to 20%
Must be able to work out of the New Jersey office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the solar or energy storage industry

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. This target salary range is for CA positions only and should not be interpreted as an offer of compensation.
