Sous-chef Rib'n Beef

Le Rib'n Beef est à la recherche d'un(e) Sous-chef(fe) dynamique, passionné(e) et mobilisateur(trice) pour soutenir la brigade de cuisine et contribuer à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à notre clientèle.
Votre rôle
Relevant du Chef exécutif, le ou la Sous-chef participe activement à la gestion quotidienne des opérations de cuisine. Véritable bras droit du chef, il ou elle veille à maintenir les plus hauts standards de qualité, d'efficacité et de sécurité alimentaire tout en favorisant un climat de travail positif et performant.
Principales responsabilités
- Assister le Chef dans la planification, l'organisation et la supervision des opérations de cuisine;
- Assurer la qualité, la présentation et la constance des plats servis;
- Participer à la préparation et au service durant les périodes achalandées;
- Encadrer, former et mobiliser les membres de l'équipe de cuisine;
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire;
- Contribuer à la gestion des inventaires, des commandes et à la réduction du gaspillage;
- Participer à l'élaboration de nouveaux plats et à l'amélioration continue des processus.
Profil recherché
- Expérience en cuisine professionnelle;
- Leadership positif et capacité à mobiliser une équipe;
- Excellente gestion du stress et des priorités;
- Sens de l'organisation et souci du détail;
- Passion pour la cuisine et le service à la clientèle;
- Disponibilité de jour, soir et fin de semaine selon les besoins opérationnels.
