Wireless Sales Manager ­– Manchester, MO at Acosta Group (Premium Retail Services, LLC).
We are looking for a driven, customer‑centric sales manager to lead a team of Wireless Sales Professionals across 3‑4 retail locations and drive revenue growth through personalized wireless solutions and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Exemplify a player‑coach approach by setting the sales and training standards for top performance in the market.
Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top‑quality talent across all assigned locations.
Model professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium and in‑store associates.

Qualifications
Two years of sales experience and a history of surpassing sales objectives (asset).
Prior leadership experience (preferred).
Passion for all things wireless.
Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Pay Range: $45,000 – $50,000
