Responsibilities
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Qualifications
An active Florida real estate license is required
Must live in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Polk County
Available to come into the office for meetings and training
Self-motivated – you don’t need to be pushed, you need to be pointed
Coachable – open to feedback, systems, and a proven process, even if it’s different from how you’ve worked before.
Strong communication and follow-up habits – you understand that speed and consistency win deals
Ready to close business consistently, not just “get started” and see how it goes
Compensation $81,500 - $115,500+ 100% Commission
