The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long‑term value. Responsibilities
Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses. Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood‑destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. Respond to and work on assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities. Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, and adhere to the company Vehicle Policy. Qualifications and Requirements
6+ months of related experience or training in sales. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl space and other tight spaces. Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). High school diploma or GED. Compensation
This position offers an hourly base pay range of $20.00 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 and $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Actual earnings beyond base pay vary based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages. Benefits

The physical demands and working conditions outlined here are typical requirements for an employee to effectively carry out the essential duties of this job. Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
