Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff
- Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships
What We're Looking For
- Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices
- Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
