• Je stelt een projectplan op met de verschillende mogelijke scenario's, je bepaalt de timing en het budget en beslist over de in te zetten middelen.
• Indien nodig identificeer en beheer je de "risks & issues" en vervul je de rol van "crisismanager".
• Je verdedigt het project bij de klant in samenwerking met de architecten en de verschillende technische specialisten.
• Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de betrokkenen, stimuleert het teamwerk en staat in voor de opvolging.
• Je houdt jouw kennis inzake projectbeheer voortdurend up-to-date en zorgt ervoor dat je de nieuwe vereiste competenties verwerft.
• Tot slot rapporteer je regelmatig en gestructureerd naar de opdrachtgever en indien nodig naar de directie van Smals. Profiel • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Je kan bogen op minimaal 5 jaar ervaring inzake planning, beheer en opvolging van infrastructuurprojecten.
• Je bent vertrouwd met een methodologie voor projectbeheer (bij voorkeur Prince 2) en hebt een algemene kennis inzake het beheer van IT-infrastructuur (ITIL, netwerk, servers, middleware, databases,…).
• Je beheerst Frans.
• Dankzij je organisatietalent ben je in staat om methodisch te werken door prioriteiten te stellen.
• Je onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden zijn belangrijke troeven.
• Je openheid en je positieve houding stellen je in staat om efficiënt in teamverband te werken. Aanbod
