Your Impact You will work within a client service team, typically consisting of 2-5 consultants led by an engagement manager. As a team, you will work together to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.
You will work directly with clients, usually onsite, and take ownership of specific workstreams. You will assist clients in understanding and quantifying risk exposures, evaluating risk strategies, and addressing immediate risks and gaps across all dimensions of risk management. Through data and analytics-driven scenario planning and stress‑testing, you will partner with clients to build enterprise risk management capabilities, anticipate risks, and identify growth opportunities. You will help clients translate these insights into action and institutionalize resilience and crisis preparedness across the organization, embedding contingencies within long‑term strategies designed to unlock sustainable growth.

Your Qualifications and Skills
Undergraduate degree
1+ years' experience in risk management in any industry sector and/or experience in a consultancy (with risk focus) and/or comparable experience in banking, risk regulation & compliance, capital markets, market risk, treasury & balance sheet management, credit, AML/KYC, insurance
Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
Ability to create work product‑focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels

Salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $125,000 - $132,000 USD gross per year. Actual salaries may vary based on office location, experience, and other factors. Certain roles may be eligible for bonuses subject to managerial discretion.
