Partner with the team to ensure every sponsored takeover meets our editorial standards. Push back on weak sponsor submissions and guide them toward content our audience will actually read. Scale the media ecosystem:
Help us go from three newsletters to a full portfolio — new shows, new formats, repeatable editorial systems, and flywheels that compound across the content ecosystem. Build and lead the content team:
Own the org design for editorial. Decide what roles we need next, when we need them, and what the reporting lines look like as we expand from three newsletters into shows, podcasts, and new formats. Recruit and hire top editorial talent:
