Functieomschrijving a) Gebouwbeheer
- Je coördineert het preventief en correctief onderhoud van het gebouw en de technische installaties;
- Je volgt elektrische installaties (o.a. verdeelborden, stroomvoorziening, aansluitpunten) actief op;
- Je plant en controleert de tijdelijke evenementiële stroomvoorzieningen bij evenementen
- Je analyseert technische storingen en zorgt voor een correcte en veilige oplossing, zelf of via externe partners;
- Je houdt de as-built dossiers actueel;
- Je stuurt interne collega’s en externe aannemers aan en controleert de uitvoering van werken;
- Je volgt energieverbruik en prestaties van installaties op en optimaliseert waar mogelijk;
- Je inventariseert alle interventies (gebouwenonderhoud, elektriciteit, HVAC, veiligheid, e.d.);
- Je plant wettelijke keuringen en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
- Je assisteert in de opmaak van raamcontracten en bestekken gelinkt aan facilitair beheer.
- Je coördineert de op- en afbouw van events;
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor technische en logistieke partners;
- Je zorgt voor een correcte en veilige stroomvoorziening tijdens evenementen;
- Je maakt technische voorbereidingen op en controleert plannen;
- Tijdens events ben jij de technische specialist die ervoor zorgt dat alle installaties correct functioneren;
- Je werkt samen met externe AV-partners en bewaakt de technische integriteit van het gebouw.
- Je kan de basis AV-installatie in het BMCC gebruiken of bent bereid je hierin te verdiepen;
- Samen met je collega’s sta je in voor op- en ombouwen van de vergaderzalen
- Je coördineert schoonmaak en afvalbeheer;
- Je volgt ICT-infrastructuur op in samenwerking met externe partners;
- Je bewaakt veiligheidsaspecten (brandveiligheid, capaciteit, technische risico’s).
- Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting (bv. elektromechanica, elektriciteit, energietechnologie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van elektriciteit (vereist) en kan elektrische installaties begrijpen en technische problemen analyseren;
- Je bent technisch sterk onderlegd en werkt gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht;
- Kennis van AV-technieken of de eventsector is een pluspunt;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je werkt graag in team maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
- Je bent flexibel en bereid tot avond- en weekendwerk;
- Je kan vlot overweg met technische systemen en courante software.
