Why Join Us Valley Baptist Physician Network is expanding its orthopedic program and seeking a fellowship-trained Hip & Joint Surgeon to join an established, multi-specialty group in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. You'll operate within a 586-bed Level II Trauma Center equipped with cutting-edge surgical technology including da Vinci robotic systems, Brainlab computer navigation, and an AIRO mobile intraoperative CT bringing capabilities to South Texas that are rare in markets this size. A dedicated Ortho/Trauma floor, an on-site Ortho Trauma provider for VBMC coverage, and an MOB connected directly to the hospital OR mean your time goes to patients, not logistics. This is a high-impact opportunity in a fast-growing region where your skills will genuinely shape the standard of orthopedic care.
