Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Conduct in-person sales calls at customer locations and job sites Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions Grow revenue within assigned accounts and develop new business Research the local market and identify target opportunities Partner with Inside Sales to support quotes, orders, and service Stay up to date on product knowledge and training What We\'re Looking For
3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory Comfortable with regular travel and in-person customer visits Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Nice to Have
Experience in electrical distribution or similar industry Experience in industrial, HVAC, or construction-related environments Experience working with contractors or project-based customers Field-based role with regular travel (up to 20%, flexible in-office work) Visits to construction sites, warehouses, and customer locations Occasional overnight travel may be required Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 + commission (with ramp period/guarantee available during onboarding) Disability & Life Insurance Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave Health Savings Account (HSA) with match
