- Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Warengruppen- und Lieferantenstrategien für elektrische, elektronische und elektromechanische Fahrzeugkomponenten unter Berücksichtigung globaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie konzernweiter Anforderungen
- Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten inklusive Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen im Rahmen des bestehenden Zeichnungsrechts
- Aktive Mitwirkung in Neuentwicklungsprojekten, insbesondere Durchführung von Ausschreibungen (RFQ/RFP) sowie Lieferantenvergaben gemäß definierter Entwicklungs- und Projektprozesse
- Durchführung von Jahrespreisverhandlungen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Preis- und Kostenreduzierung
- Organisation und Moderation von Kostenanalyse- und Optimierungsworkshops mit Lieferanten zur Identifikation weiterer Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale
- Festlegung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Lieferantenentwicklung und -qualifizierung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios auf Basis definierter Lieferantenbewertungen und -klassifizierungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Umfeld elektrischer, elektronischer oder elektromechanischer Komponenten mit internationaler Ausrichtung und Erfahrung im Global Sourcing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung von Herstell-, Fertigungs- und Kalkulationsverfahren im Einkauf
- Umfassendes Verständnis internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte, Lieferantenstrukturen, Technologien, Fertigungsprozesse sowie Kosten- und Wertschöpfungsstrukturen, insbesondere im BCC-/LCC-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise SAP MM und BW, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrung in SAP-S/4HANA-Transformationen oder hohe Affinität zu digitalen Einkaufsprozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
