Drive talent acquisition strategy and end‑to‑end delivery for TD’s Sales & Operations functions across the US, including Commercial, Wealth, Residential Lending, Auto Finance and other banking operations. Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into scalable hiring strategies. Lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, ensuring hiring outcomes and building TA infrastructure for future growth. Align hiring plans with workforce demand and evolving priorities, providing quarterly updates to business and HR leaders. Translate business hiring needs into proactive talent strategies, building pipeline ahead of demand. Set clear expectations for the team, hold them accountable for results, efficiency and quality. Serve as primary TA partner for senior HR Business Partners and business leaders across sales and operations, delivering consultative, insight‑led talent advisory. Leverage data, analytics and labor market intelligence to identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform hiring strategy and location decisions. Collaborate with Employer Brand, L&D and HRBPs to strengthen talent attraction, internal mobility and build talent communities for niche roles. Champion candidate experience that reflects TD’s brand – “remarkably human and refreshingly simple”. Ensure all hiring activity complies with employment legislation across all jurisdictions in which TD operates. Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related field. HRL, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP or equivalent designation is an asset. 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 4+ years in a people‑leadership role. Experience leading teams and/or recruiting for sales roles within a financial services environment. Solid command of recruiting metrics and ability to translate data into actionable insights and stakeholder‑ready reporting. Hands‑on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; strong preference for Workday experience. Familiarity with AI‑powered recruiting and sourcing tools. Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading talent acquisition transformation initiatives. Effective executive communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting insights and outcomes to senior leadership. Commitment to inclusion and equitable hiring practices.
