About the Job Dadosfera, a leader in Data & AI platform solutions, is seeking top Engineering talent to join our team. You will be part of an elite group working on Data & Analytics projects with some of the largest startups and corporations in the country.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data and thrive in an environment of continuous learning, autonomy, and cutting-edge technologies. It is a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders, work with real-world Big Data, and grow alongside a fast-scaling company, including the potential for stock options participation.
Responsibilities
Technically lead the evolution of Unifique’s data platform.
Define architectural standards for data ingestion, transformation, cataloging, and consumption.
Design scalable solutions using Airflow, Spark, Kubernetes, and ClickHouse.
Lead the implementation of the future data catalog and governance strategy.
Act as a technical reference for other Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers.
Support the adoption of AI agents to automate data engineering activities.
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and operational costs.
Collaborate with DevOps and AI Engineering teams to evolve data infrastructure.
Participate in decisions related to Self‑Service Analytics and Data Products architecture.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent certification
Advanced experience with Apache Spark.
Advanced experience with Apache Airflow.
Deep knowledge of data modeling, Data Warehousing, and analytical architecture.
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with data pipeline observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.
Experience working in complex and cross‑functional corporate environments.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
Strong SQL performance optimization skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of multiple database technologies, including distributed processing, NoSQL, and MPP systems.
Experience working in technology startups, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
