Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO
Department: CT ICU
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Evenings
Pay: $18.54 - $24.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Performs departmental administrative/clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Facilitates unit communication as needed.
  • Assists health care team in accurately maintaining patient medical records. Assists with processing patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
  • Assembles and maintains patient records and charts. Performs needed clerical tasks, including but not limited to, copying, faxing, filing, and ordering/obtaining supplies.
  • Assists with keeping unit(s) and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
