FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES ET TACHES
- Aménager le banquet
- Dresser les tables
- Préparer le bar
- Gérer les demandes des clients spécifiques telles que les allergies
- Servir les commandes selon la séquence établie
- Veiller à la satisfaction du client
- Débarrasser les tables de la salle et les fournitures
- Astiquer les verres et couverts
- S’occuper des aires de travail et des appareils

Les conditions et contraintes de travail
- Travail sur plusieurs quarts de travail, jour, soir et fin de semaine
- Travail physique (position debout prolongée, port de charges lourdes, réalisation de mouvements répétés et ainsi que des déplacements fréquents)
