About The Role This position supports both sales coordination and day‑to‑day administrative operations for our Grand Forks location. You'll play a key role in keeping sales activities organized, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and providing reliable administrative support to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑focused, and enjoys being a central support resource across teams.
What You’ll Be Doing Sales Coordination and Support
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.), including entry, updates, and cleanup
Track sales activity, leads, and follow‑ups to help keep the team on schedule
Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and the sales team
Maintain call logs, customer records, and supporting documentation
Support onboarding of new sales team members (systems setup and process guidance)
Assist with implementing new sales tools, workflows, and reporting processes
Coordinate communication between sales, parts, and operations teams
Administrative & Office Support
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Grand Forks location
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
Support expense tracking, basic invoicing coordination, and internal approvals
Maintain organized records and documentation
Act as a point of contact for internal administrative requests
Support local leadership with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, or Administration is an asset
