Overview Description
Territory Sales Representative — Must be located in the Great Chicagoland area. Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission (OTE $90,000-$120,000) + Car Allowance.
Territory: Illinois, Western Indiana, and Eastern Wisconsin (up to 30% travel). Location: Remote, with regular visits to our Glendale Heights, IL office.

What You'll Do
Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship-building to closing new business.
Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new opportunities throughout your territory.
Develop strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and ongoing communication.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend service solutions that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Travel throughout your territory to meet customers and support business growth, with limited overnight travel.
What You Bring
Proven sales success, preferably in service-based sales. Experience in HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or related industries is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering value.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen.
Valid driver\'s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
